何道敬

何道敬

何道敬,1985年出生,分別於2007年和2009年獲得哈爾濱工業大學計算機專業學士和碩士學位;2012年12月畢業於浙江大學計算機專業,獲得博士學位,師從工程院院士陳純教授。現就職於華東師範大學(屬於985工程大學),為計算機科學與軟體工程學院密碼與網路安全系教授、博士生導師,為華東師範大學網路空間安全研究院副院長。在中科院院士何積豐教授領導下從事科研工作。

個人簡介

作為第一完成人,獲得省部級科技獎勵多項,包括:教育部技術發明一等獎、教育部自然科學二等獎。
入選2017年教育部“長江學者獎勵計畫”青年學者。入選“裝備預研教育部聯合基金(青年人才)”、“上海市青年科技啟明星”等人才計畫。
研究領域為網路及系統安全。作為第一兼通訊作者已發表國際SCI源期刊論文45篇,其中IEEE期刊論文36篇(影響因子4.0以上共28篇)。作為第一或通訊作者在ACNS、INFOCOM、AsiaCCS等國際著名會議上發表論文。作為第一作者,發表的2篇IEEE雜誌論文已被列為IEEE通信學會(IEEE Communications Society)的通信及信息系統安全領域最佳論文(Best Readings List);1篇論文被評為國際著名SCI期刊Elsevier Computer Communications讀者最多(Most Read)的文章及被引用最多(Most Cited)的論文;發表的多篇IEEE期刊論文在IEEE XPLORE 資料庫中下載次數名列前20位。截止2017年1月(Google學術檢索),以第一兼通訊作者發表的36篇論文在近5年被國際同行他引1423次,平均每篇論文他引40次。第一兼通訊作者論文的H因子為24。研究成果得到歐洲科學院院士I. Stojmenovic、美國工程院院士C. Walton、加拿大科學院院士X. Shen、國際醫學與生物工程院院士Y. Zhang等多位國際著名學者、IEEE ToN/TDSC/TIFS/TPDS/TWC等多種IEEE/ACM期刊多次正面引用和正面評價。公開/授權發明專利43項,其中轉化專利12項。作為主要負責人,編制網路空間安全國家標準7項。

現擔任IEEE Communications Magazine(IF: 10.435)和IEEE/KICS Journal of Communications and Networks等7個國際著名SCI刊物編委;IEEE Communications Magazine等多份國際刊物的客座編輯(例如,IEEE Communications Magazine的特刊Security and Privacy in Emerging Networks)。150餘次擔任包括通信或網路領域國際旗艦會議(如:IEEE Globecom、IEEE ICC和IEEE WCNC)在內的國際會議的程式委員或主席。

作為項目負責人,主持國家重點研發計畫課題、國防戰略高技術重點專項項目、國家自然基金、教育部課題、中央軍委科技委、總裝備部、戰略支援部隊裝備預先研究項目、上海市科委等國家級、省部級科研項目20餘項,承擔了奇虎360、啟明星辰、騰訊、中興通訊、藍盾信安、國家電網、解放軍XXXX廠等著名企事業的委託開發項目,相關研究成果已被套用到相關企業的安全產品上。相關工作得到了中央電視台、中央人民廣播電台、新華網、網易新聞、搜狐新聞、文匯報、新民晚報等多家媒體的報導和推介。
現為國家科技庫專家庫專家、國家重點研發計畫項目評審核心專家、國家自然科學基金項目評審專家、教育部科技發展中心科研基金和科技獎勵評審專家庫專家、中國計算機學會博士學會論文評審專家。
