何臻力，男，漢族，中共黨員，理學博士，碩士生導師。IEEE Senior Member，CCF高級會員，CCF分散式計算與系統專業委員會執行委員，教育部跨境網路空間安全工程研究中心核心成員，雲南省軟體工程重點實驗室核心研究成員，CCF YOCSEF 昆明分論壇學術秘書。2023年入選雲南省”興滇英才支持計畫”青年人才，目前主要從事分散式計算、邊緣計算、高能效計算、異構計算、邊緣智慧型等方向的研究，近年來主持了包括國家自然科學基金、雲南省套用基礎研究計畫面上項目、雲南省套用基礎研究計畫青年項目、雲南省軟體工程重點實驗室開放基金、雲南大學校級理工科項目等7項縱向課題，參與國家重點研發計畫1項，參與國家基金項目5項，參與雲南省重大科技專項4項。近5年內發表期刊和會議論文20篇，包括CCF A類頂級期刊IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed System、IEEE Transactions on Services Computing、IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems各1篇；CCF B類高水平期刊Journal of Systems Architecture、Software: Practice and Experience各1篇；CCF C類期刊IET Intelligent Transport Systems 1篇；中科院一區期刊IEEE Internet of Things Journal 1篇；中科院二區期刊Future Generation Computer Systems 3篇，IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking 3篇；CCF C類會議IEEE ASP-DAC、IEEE UIC各1篇、IEEE ICTAI 2篇。
