丁光龍，深圳大學高等研究院副研究員、碩士生導師。2008年本科畢業於鄭州大學化學與分子工程學院，2017年獲中國農業大學植物保護學院博士學位，同年加入深圳大學從事博士後研究，後任專職副研究員及助理教授。主要研究方向為光電神經形態器件與異質異構集成，涉及二維材料、憶阻器及人工突觸等領域，主持國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目，參與國家自然科學基金面上項目及深圳市基礎研究專項重點項目。
其以第一或通訊作者在《Nature Electronics》《Chemical Reviews》《Advanced Functional Materials》等期刊發表SCI論文20餘篇，系統研究二維金屬-有機框架材料、MXene納米片的存儲性能及器件集成套用。合作研發的有機雙極性光電突觸電晶體、鈣鈦礦憶阻器等成果在信息安全、智慧型醫療領域取得突破。曾獲中國農業大學優秀博士學位論文、研究生國家獎學金等榮譽，申請國家發明專利3項。
