Free Hugs是澳大利亞一名叫Juan Mann的男子在全球最大視頻網站Youtube上發布的，這是他兩年前街頭擁抱陌生人的片段。網上播出後，該視頻成為網際網路爭相轉載的寶貝，除了擁抱場面感人淚下，更重要的是配上了一段煽情的背景樂。這段背景樂名為《All The Same》，是由Sick Puppies樂隊創作的，事實上，這段擁抱視頻也是他們拍攝剪輯完成的。視頻火爆前，他們只是默默無聞的小團體，沒有出過專輯，沒有接受過訪問，更沒有想過，一段視頻，一次不經意間的創作，竟讓他們出了名。
兩年前，當Sick Puppies樂隊成員、18歲的Shimon Moore正在為樂隊前途感到擔憂時，他在皮特街購物中心前遇見了正在把“Free Hugs”（自由擁抱）送給陌生人的Juan Mann。這時，Juan Mann正遭遇著婚變和祖母身患重病的不幸人生，他感到沮喪，他認為只有這樣才能治療壓抑很久的心情。Moore看到Juan Mann擁抱陌生人後非常感動，決定為這個新朋友製作一部短片，並且創作背景樂。
