hongzhou lu 中文名路洪洲,畢業於吉林大學材料學院,獲上海交通大學碩士學位,華東理工大學博士,目前於中國汽車工程研究院從事汽車材料、汽車回收、汽車輕量化的研究工作,工程師,產品研發中心材料部部長。

職業生涯

主要從事汽車輕量化材料研究、汽車等固體廢棄物資源化回收技術(包括報廢汽車拆解技術、高壓靜電分選技術、渦流電選技術,以及報廢汽車塑膠的回收再利用技術、廢棄電路板的回收處理技術)、鋁合金在汽車上的套用研究(包括高成形性變形鋁合金材料及汽車覆蓋件的製造和開發、半固態鋁合金汽車零部件的開發、鋁基複合材料的開發等)、汽車構件性能測試方法研究(抗凹性、疲勞評估等)等的研究工作。

人物作品

發表論文三十餘篇,包括JOURNAL OF PHYSICS D-APPLIED PHYSICS、Journal of Materials Processing Technology、Environmental Science and Technology、汽車工藝與材料、中國科學E、Journal of Hazardous Materials、機械工程學報等雜誌,其中多篇被SCI、EI收錄,申請發明專利4項,授權3項。
首次提出混合金屬顆粒分離高壓靜電提純方法和報廢汽車塑膠熱壓板材回收處理方法;首次提出了“脫輥臨界轉速”及“荷電臨界轉速”的概念,並建立了高壓靜電分選臨界轉速分析模型;首次定量地分析了不同形狀物料顆粒對高壓靜電分選的影響;首次提出了汽車輕量化效果表征參量及衡量方法等。作為主要研發人員參與和負責國家863項目3項(2006AA06Z364、2007AA03z551等)、科技部國際合作項目1項(2008DFB50020),主持重慶市自然科學基金課題1項(2008BB7273)、中國汽車工程預研開發項目1項(2008CAERI09)等。
English introducsion:Hongzhou Lu, he was born in 1981, is currently an engineer in China Automotive Engineering Research Institute, China. He received his Master’s degree from College of Materials Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China, and he graduated from material science and engineering academy of Jinli University in 2004. His research interests include lightweight materials of automotive, semi-solid technology, testing technology, and recycling of end-of-life automotive and plastic, etc. He has published more than 20 papers in public and 12 papers have been indexed by SCI. 3 chinese patents have been applied and take part in several state science and technology programs and privincescience and technology programs.
