電影《center stage》中Friends Forever發行於2000年，另一個名字是“Graduation” 當年美國每一個面臨畢業的學生都聽過，它幾乎成為2000年的“聖歌”。《驚聲尖笑2》中女主角開車去鬼屋的時候在車上唱的那首歌。一首很好的歌，適合在畢業時做視頻等用，歌詞寫的非常有感覺。

Vitamin C原名Colleen Fitzpatrick，由Alt-rock團Eve's Plum的女主唱發聲，揚棄搖滾樂團的深刻思維與沉重躁進音符，一頭火辣的黃金色發線伴隨活躍四射的流行舞曲調性、與Dancehall界女歌手Lady Saw高唱Smile，加上一首去年全美高中畢業季的應景國歌Graduation (Friends Forever)成功打響名號。雖然不如Britney Spears或Christina Aguilera所引領新生代女子偶像霸主般強勢焰火燃起的高溫熱潮，卻讓流行樂界開始注意Vitamin C小姐所輻射出的另一波勢力，足以擺脫Micky Mouse Club出身的一股大軍壓境般的威脅。
而她給人的感覺就像vitamin C一樣，親切而充滿活力。這個1972年出生於新澤西州的女歌手最初的夢想是做一名舞蹈演員，在高中時沉迷舞蹈的她也開始加入一些樂隊的演出。1988年，她獲得了喜劇Hairspray中的一個角色，之後在1995年又參與了另一個電視劇的演出。在此期間，她組建了Eve's Plum樂隊，並擔任主唱，前後發行了2張專輯，Envy和Cherry Alive。1999年單飛後，以她自己名字命名的專輯面市，並錄製了流行單曲“Smile”。然而她真正的成功開始於2000年的這首《Graduation》。

這首歌也給我們帶來了清新的回憶 先是提琴的緩慢伴奏，Vitamin C的聲音配著鼓點漸漸進入高潮期間樂器的完美配合讓人印象深刻 在一分五十二秒時的說唱正道出了畢業生的感受
對於我們這些畢業生和以後的畢業生這首歌雖不太出名卻也堪稱經典
