《Blue Blood》是日本搖滾樂隊X-Japan於1989年4月21日發行的一張專輯，它收錄了第一張專輯《Vanishing Vision》的兩首重錄曲《Kurenai》、《Unfinished》（both with alternate/expanded lyrics），專輯風格相較Rose of Pain更偏向於交響搖滾（symphonic rock），這張專輯的不少樂曲都成為樂隊的演唱會保留曲目。

輝煌與美麗只是瞬間，聽X-Japan的歌讓人不由生出這樣的感嘆。近十年來日本除了安全地帶外再未出現過像他們那樣有影響力的搖滾樂隊。速度、力量、悽美、激情，這就是X-Japan。如同西方的Nirvana，他們有著太多瘋狂的追隨者，如同Kurt，Hide本身就像一個謎。
這張專輯事實上是X第一張正式的CD專輯，也是首次和強大的SONY RECORDS合作而發售的首張MAJOR大碟，震撼日本樂界的X至此衝出地下，以雄壯的「Prologue」為開端開始了他們的神話。作品的作曲開始以YOSHIKI為主，另有2首HIDE的作品。X在這個時期就有了很多今後傳為經典的代表歌曲，確立了X在日本音樂界難以動搖的地位。整章專輯風格偏向Metal，也能找到如「ROSE OF PAIN」這首與X風格迥異作品。雖然在作曲不如專輯「Jealousy」豐富，但此專輯自有著其它專輯無法望其背向的成就。
