A、在生成檔案：
"%SystemRoot%hosts"
將原來的 "%Sytem%driversetchosts"也替換為上面生成的這個檔案。
通過修改該檔案，用戶將無法訪問檔案中列出的這些網站
B、在註冊表主鍵HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain下添加鍵值：
"Default_Page_URL" = "http://cashsearch.biz/redir.php"
在註冊表主鍵HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain下修改如下鍵值：

發作現象
該病毒運行期間，會不斷的重複進行16點所提到的修改，其現象為訪問其生成的hosts檔案中所列的檔案的時候，地址欄會顯示“連線到127.0.0.1”，然後就會被重定向到病毒所設定的頁面。既試圖訪問這些站點的時候都會被帶到病毒設定的站點去，既禁止了對這些站點的訪問請求。
用戶可以修改主頁設定，但是一旦用戶修改了，又馬上被病毒改回來。
