發展歷程
在取得一系列遊戲開發的巨大成功後，VisualConcepts被SEGA收購，並成為旗下全資 開發工作室。在2005年1月，Visual Concepts連同其完全所有的子公司Kush Games一併被Take-Two Interactive收購。伴隨著對Visual Concepts的收購，Take-Two創同時創立了一個全新的發行品牌2K Games。儘管最開始也研發諸如LesterThe Unlikely等冒險解謎類遊戲，但目前主要致力於研發籃球，棒球等體育類遊戲。
在2013年，Visual Concepts 在中國上海成立VisualConcepts China 中國開發工作室。Visual Concepts China 工作室目前主要致力於NBA2K Online以及NBA2K Mobile等系列產品的研發。
