1995年，Bon Jovi的第六張錄音室專輯《These Days》以及其中的同名歌曲These Days。這是樂隊解僱原貝斯手Alec John Such後發行的第一張專輯，專輯由Peter Collins，Jon Bon Jovi和Richie Sambora共同製作。這張專輯被許多批評家和樂隊的冬粉認為是邦喬維樂隊最好的一張專輯（沒有之一），因為比起樂隊傳統的積極向上，鼓舞人心和談情說愛的搖滾風格，這張專輯卻一反常態多了一些批判和揭露社會現實的黑暗，這也標誌這樂隊真正的成熟。

These Days
