2011年1月2日，徐浩作為RTA少年組成員正式出道。2012年3月，憑《少年進化論》獲得“第五屆《綜藝》”年度潛力主持人獎項。2013年12月4日，因契約到期未續約，RTA正式解散。2014年3月11日，與朱元冰組成二人組合徐浩X朱元冰，發布首張單曲《跟著太陽走》。2015年7月12日，發行首張音樂合輯《重生REBIRTH》；同月，參與愛奇藝綜藝節目《偶滴歌神啊》的錄製，擔任“鑑定團”評審。2016年1月，以“天天小兄弟”的形式參與湖南衛視《天天向上》節目錄製。4月，其參與的節目《起航吧，少年》在雲南衛視熱播，《人偶總動員》在湖南衛視金鷹卡通熱播，並參與江蘇衛視綜藝節目《老媽駕到》的錄製 。2016年7月，發行首張個人同名專輯《徐浩Xiho》。2016年10月，作為王牌新兄弟參與了愛奇藝《大牌對王牌》第四季的錄製，同時也參與了《奇妙大轟趴》節目錄製。2017年2月起作為神奇三寶的其中一員參與錄製湖南衛視新綜藝《神奇的孩子》。同年3月，攜手“蛋撻小王子”彭昱暢在北京東億天弘演播廳成功舉辦演唱會。

徐浩首次嘗試電子舞曲，親自把握專輯的每一個細節，首次嘗試聯合製作人角色。以“對”為基調，呼籲大家拋開他人的干擾，相信自己的直覺，不管是在工作、愛情、友情等各方面都能找到“非常對”的態度。希望通過這首主打歌《Really Right》讓歌迷看見一個有主見有想法有態度的徐浩，不再是小我的情緒，而是態度堅定，內心堅定的徐浩。
