Willie saw LLB perform in Austin TX at a local club and invited the band to record in his studio and perform dates with him. LLB calls Willie their “Yoda.”

Yes, Willie plays guitar on La Contestacion on the CD. He also makes a vocal appearance on the song “Outlaws” from LLB’s new album, “Sacred”.
