A well-off white boss rewards an Asian-Canadian employee with a day at the links, unaware that his own forced cultural sensitivity is doing more harm than good. His self-serving, race-based comments are only tolerated because he is in a position of power. However, his cultural correctness is put to the test when he encounters the politically charged situation of a young white golfer mistreating a black caddy.
