Lemon Tree是由The Brothers Four（四兄弟）於1981年09月1日發行的《Mas Exitos Folk》的歌曲
後經The Seekers很多大牌翻唱
Lemon Tree 最早的原唱是60年代美國最有影響、最出色的民謠三重組合“彼得、保羅和瑪麗”。這個演唱組組建於加州，它成功建介紹了西格、加斯里和迪倫等人的作品，如《假如我有把錘子》、《檸檬樹》和《飄入風中》等，確立了自己的地位。他們純淨的歌聲和典雅的和聲，使民謠的魅力為更廣泛的聽眾意識和接受。
1962年“彼得、保羅和瑪麗”發行第一張LP唱片《Peter Paul & Mary》。一開始並沒有引起多少人注意，但後來選了其中一首《Lemon Tree》（檸檬樹）作為單曲出版，結果獲得成功，LP的銷量也直線上升。
