《Hands All Over》是Maroon 5第三張專輯。主唱Adam Levine在接受採訪時稱，第三張專輯《Hands All Over》是前兩張作品的融合，把其中最好的元素綜合到了一起。同名單曲"Hands All Over"是Maroon 5樂隊自誕生以來錄過的最搖滾的曲目，而另外一首"Misery"則是這張唱片中Maroon 5樂隊最具代表性的歌曲。此外，鄉村曲風的"Out of Goodbyes"擁有當今美國最風光的流行鄉村組合Lady Antebellum的助陣，而還有一首頗有上世紀60年代感覺的"Stutter"被Levine稱作是“與你們以前聽到的我們都不一樣”。

最重要的一點，Adam Levine說，是與製作人Robert Mutt Lange的合作。據此前報導，這位製作過AC/DC經典專輯《Back in Black》並打造過鄉村歌后Shania Twain和流行金屬樂團Def Leppard多張唱片的功勳製作人在聽到Maroon 5要為新專輯寫歌的訊息之後主動向Maroon 5樂隊拋出了橄欖枝，表示願意與Maroon 5合作。
