2013年11月1日，這首歌曲成為電影《喜愛夜蒲3》的主題曲；12月26日，該歌曲在由香港新城電台主辦的新城勁爆頒獎禮2013上獲得新城勁爆跳舞歌曲獎。

創作背景

《Feel The Bass》，像歌曲名字所說的那樣，JW希望大家能夠通過這首全新舞曲感受到那種令人雙腳不能自我控制的節奏。為了獻上最好的音樂作品，《Feel The Bass》的幕後班底除了Jonnic Lee Thompsett外，還有美國的作曲兼編曲人Michael Moog及填詞人兼Rapper AL NUTTY一起參與製作。為了精益求精，JW和團隊特地將錄音時間安排在凌晨時段，每次完成錄音工作後都通過視頻與身在美國的另一位監製Michael即時溝通並馬上作出修改。JW、Jonnic以及Michael同樣對歌曲品質要求極高，歌曲經過多次錄製修改才達到三人心中一致要求，在JW完成她的主唱部份後，唱片公司立刻將母帶送往美國並經過監製Michael接近二十次的後期混音至最佳效果及進行最後母帶處理才把歌曲正式公開。

《Feel The Bass》的MV拍攝，採用了比高清更為清晰四倍的4K效果拍攝，務求將MV內各種層次及色彩完全呈現在電視畫面上。在MV故事中JW平時的身份是一名宅女，但在她的幻想世界中她則會在街頭和一大班朋友跳舞分享快樂。MV聘用接近一百名臨時演員在中環的街道上和JW載歌載舞，而JW曾在外地奪取汽車漂移冠軍的朋友則在最後一個鏡頭友情獻技。
