發表文章
Energy Research & Social Science (ERSS) is a peer-reviewed international journal that publishes original research and review articles examining the relationship between energy systems, markets, business and society, also including mini reviews. The editors emphasize that cross cultural, comparative, mixed-methods research is especially encouraged, and discourage submission of single-country case studies and/or studies that rely only on one method in isolation. This journal welcomes contributions that support and advance the UN's sustainable development goals, in particular SDG 7 (Affordable and clean energy) and SDG 13 (Climate Action). The journal has an "Articles in press" section, which includes three types: Journal pre-proofs, Uncorrected proofs, and Corrected proofs.
Recent examples of published articles include: In January 2026, "Blood and soil: How kinship and geographic proximity drive rooftop photovoltaic adoption in rural China" by Diyi Liu et al., "Labor's share of income, income inequality, and CO2 emissions in the world's electricity sector" by Don Grant et al., and "Reimagining benefits from climate infrastructure and investments" by Holly Jean Buck et al.In March 2026, "One plug fits all? Multi-sectoral complementarities, operator diversity, and geographies of transition in Spain's electric vehicle recharge networks" by Andrea Ferloni, "Retrofitting Scotland's private rented sector: Challenges and landlord attitudes" by Azlizawati Ibrahim et al., and "How much travel is enough? Minimum levels for sustainable mobility: A systematic literature review" by Marte Peeters et al.In May 2026, "When decarbonization goes online: Digital energy bureaucracy and gendered time burdens in housing across the European Union" by Hasan Tutar et al. and "The efficiency divide: Housing constraints on energy-saving practices in Darwin, Australia" by Riasad Amin et al.
