辦學規模

黎薩系統大學是菲律賓歷史最為悠久的大學之一，是菲律賓一千多所大學中為數不多的具有學位認證權的一所綜合性大學，其商科專業在菲律賓所有大學中排前五位，又很多當地政府官員和大型企業老闆及高層管理者均畢業於該校。

黎剎系統大學作為一所政府資助創辦的大學，它合併了兩所國立學院和一所大學附校，由黎剎理工學院、黎剎國立學院和黎剎技術大學附屬學校組成。黎剎系統大學致力於通過有效的教學、研究、推廣和提供服務等方式，培養在農業、工程學、科技、文化藝術、教師和商業教育領域有能力、高價值的畢業生。
