教育教學經歷

2004年5月從清華大學材料系博士後出站到中國地質大學(北京)材料學院工作。現任中國矽酸鹽學會特種陶瓷分會理事,全國材料科學技術名詞審定委員會特聘專家,第五屆中國先進陶瓷國際研討會(Fifth China International Conference on High-Performance Ceramics,CICC-5)組委會副秘書長,《耐火材料》雜誌編委,國家相關部委和部分省市在資源高效綜合利用、礦物岩石材料及其複合材料、節能減排環保等方面有關項目的評審專家委員。
1983年從西安建築科技大學畢業後在原冶金工業部洛陽耐火材料研究院從事耐高溫材料的研究工作。98年9月進入北京科技大學材料學院攻讀博士學位。參加和承擔過國家“七五”、“八五”、“九五”、“863”等多項國家和省部級科研項目。曾獲得過國家科技進步三等獎1項、省部科技進步二等獎3項、三等獎1項、四等獎1項。獲得過第四屆全國青年耐火材料研討會論文獎第1名(95年),中國金屬學會優秀青年論文獎(96年)、河南省自然科學優秀論文二等獎、洛陽市二十佳科技青年 、洛陽市新長征突擊手等。
2010年指導大學生楊曉晨組等同學參加第六屆“挑戰杯”首都大學生創業計畫競賽獲得金獎,後獲得2010年第七屆“挑戰杯”一汽大眾中國大學生創業計畫競賽的銅獎;指導大學生易帥組等同學獲得第六屆“挑戰杯”首都大學生創業計畫競賽銀獎。
2010年10月到澳大利亞西澳大利亞大學(Gledden Visiting Senior Fellowship)進行相關合作研究。

學術論文

教學與招生

主講本科生專業主幹課《材料工藝學》,連續多年在3個專業7個班開課以來教學效果均被評為優秀;主講碩士研究生學位必修課《陶瓷材料學》、合講碩士研究生學位選修課《功能材料》、合講博士研究生《材料科學進展》等課程;
指導大學生校“創新杯”重點項目和指導材料學院大學生課外科技項目多項(2005-2009年)。
2007年指導學生科研《利用高鋁粉煤灰製備高爐出鐵用耐火材料的研究》獲“第四屆‘挑戰杯’首都大學生課外學術科技作品競賽”北京市二等獎。
與國外幾家相關高校及科研院所建立有密切的聯繫,並已與國外幾所大學聯合培養博士研究生。
目前,在材料科學與工程方向(材料學,材料加工工程)招收碩士研究生,在礦物岩石材料學方向招收碩士研究生和博士研究生,在環境科學與工程方向招收博士研究生(環境礦物材料和固體廢棄物資源化技術研究方向)。
