馬英，女，1982年生，河北昌黎人，中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所副研究員，碩士生導師。

個人簡況
2010年畢業於中國農業大學水利與土木工程學院農業水土工程專業，獲工學博士學位。主要從事農業水文與水土環境過程的試驗、同位素示蹤與模擬研究。主持了國家自然科學青年基金項目“農田層狀非飽和帶-地下水系統水分轉化機理的同位素示蹤與模擬研究”和土壤與農業可持續發展國家重點實驗室開放課題“華北平原典型農田硝態氮運移和對淺層地下水污染的同位素示蹤研究”。參加了國家自然科學基金重點項目“水循環過程不同尺度觀測與對比實驗研究—以白洋淀流域為例”，國家973課題“地下水-環境-社會經濟耦合機制與評價體系”和中科院地理科學與資源研究所“一三五”戰略科技計畫重點項目“華北農業用水的調控方法及其可持續性評估”等多項科研項目。已合作發表論文近30篇，其中SCI論文15篇。
