發表多項肥胖相關科研成果，食品環境研究得到美國農業部重視。首次闡明食品環境與出生指標關係。證實肥胖與車禍受傷關係，首次提出兒童安全座椅對車禍外傷的潛在風險，引發美國媒體關注。截止到2013年，共發表英文科學論文20篇，其中SCI或SSCI論文17篇，以第一作者在相關領域知名雜誌發表SCI或SSCI論文8篇，總影響因子63.36。
