研究興趣

生化分析與生物感測,主要包括1)超高靈敏生物分析技術的開發與套用:結合雷射誘導螢光和流體動力學聚焦技術,研製具有單個生物分子檢測能力的流式分析儀,套用於單個納米顆粒、DNA片斷、病毒、細菌、亞細胞器和細胞等的超高靈敏分析;2)流式微珠陣列技術(液相生物晶片)的開發及生物醫學套用,包括螢光編碼微球的製備,重大疾病早期診斷的生物標誌物聯合檢測,多肽藥物先導化合物及探針的高效篩選等;3)生物分子相互作用研究;4)金屬組學研究及金屬致病分子機制的探討等。
