頡偉,男,1981年出生,博士,清華大學生命科學學院研究員。1999-2003年,北京大學生命科學學院,獲學士學位;2003-2008年,美國加州大學洛杉磯分校,獲博士學位;2006-2008年,美國加州大學洛杉磯分校,獲碩士學位;2008-2009年,美國加州大學洛杉磯分校博士後;2009-2013年,美國聖地亞哥Ludwig腫瘤研究所,加州大學聖地亞哥分校博士後;2013年起,任清華大學生命科學學院研究員。

2019年9月20日,獲得“科學探索獎”。

研究領域

研究興趣包括表觀遺傳學基因組學發育生物學。同時利用分子生物學、發育生物學和計算生物學的方法,採用乾濕實驗結合的方式,研究幹細胞分化和個體發育以及人類疾病中的表觀遺傳調控機制。本實驗室將致力於:(1)動物胚胎早期發育過程中的表觀遺傳調控;(2)幹細胞分化過程中的表觀遺傳調控;(3)調控序列如啟動子、增強子、絕緣子以及三維基因組在發育和細胞命運決定過程中的功能;(4)表觀遺傳相關人類疾病的調控機理。
