抗細菌生物被膜活性的YycG組氨酸激酶小分子抑制劑的設計與合成;
綠色有機合成反應新催化體系的建立及套用於藥物分子的合成。
首次提出特製醇腈酶顆粒在單一有機相溶媒中催化合成手性氰醇的新方法及連續流動酶合成裝置,以及新型醇腈酶的發現,首次完成國際上未能成功的手性雜環氰醇和手性氟取代氰醇的合成,得到該領域國際專家的關注引用和評述(被Chem. Rev. , Curr. Opin. Chem. Biol., Curr. Opin. Biotech., Curr. Org. Chem., Top. Curr. Chem., Tetra. Asymm.等作為該領域重要承漏民的研究進展評述,被Highlight 和引述數百次,Methods in Organic Synthesis兩次收錄);
生物催化合成(S)-丁呋洛爾等手性藥物;
完成抗癌新藥秋水仙鹼和鬼臼毒素系列衍生物的發明;
醇類選擇性分子氧氧化新催化劑的發明;半乳糖氧化酶模擬反應的機理研究,用原位紫外和ESR技術捕捉到催化劑活性價態;辯地跨
國際上第一個將雜多酸催化劑用於飽和烴的羥化反應並且套用原位紅外技術捕捉到催化劑活性物種;
在PharmaTech, Basilea和Eli Lilly公司負責完成研究項目約50個,設計合成了10000多個藥物活性分子用於新藥的篩選;
