摘要 | 從青藏高原土壤中分離到A614, A3等一 些菌株, 分別與近似種銹赤蠟黃鏈黴菌 (Streptomyces rubiginososohelvolus), 加利利鏈黴菌 MA144-MI(Streptomyces galiliaeus MA144-MI) 相比較 基本相同, 但又有些區別, 所以把 A614 命名為銹赤蠟黃 鏈黴菌淺色亞種 (Streptomyces rubiginososohelvolus subsp. pallens n. subsp.),A3命名為加利利鏈黴菌西寧 亞種 (Streptomyces galiliaeus subsp. xiningensis n. subsp.). |
Abstract | Twelve strains belonging to the genus Actinimadura were isolated from the mud samples collected from Chenghai Lake in Yunnan.Two of them were described as two new species: Actinomadura chenghaiensis sp. nov. and Actinomadura viridoflava sp. nov. |
