男，1980年7月出生，博士，研究員，博士生導師，中國氣象科學研究院災害天氣國家重點實驗室/雷電物理和防護工程實驗室。主要從事大氣電學領域研究，研究方向為閃電氣象、閃電探測、閃電物理、人工引雷。
