鄭偉濤,男,1963年3月25日生。吉林大學材料研究所所長,教授博士生導師。兼任中國晶體學會理事,中國材料研究學會青委會理事,中國晶體學會X射線衍射專業委員會委員,中國物理學會表面與界面專業委員會委員。國際衍射數據中心(ICDD)委員、ICDD材料專業委員會委員、ICDD X射線衍射方法專業委員會委員。2005年受聘為“長江學者獎勵計畫”特聘教授

現任吉林大學副校長、中共吉林大學委員會委員、常委。

人物經歷

1994年-1997年師從國際著名薄膜材料與物理學家Jan-Eric Sundgren 教授, 在瑞典林雪平大學物理系參加歐洲共同體聯合研究課題“ CN薄膜材料的研究”,並成為該課題主要研究成員之一。1997年回國後,繼續從事並領導吉林大學材料科學系開展CN薄膜材料方面的研究工作。1999年2月至2000年9月受邀到日本千葉工業大學做客座研究員,合作並指導有關CN薄膜微波電漿CVD製備及表征的研究工作。

1991年獲國家教委科技進步二等獎(主要參者),2000年獲吉林省青年科技獎。2001年獲吉林省傑出青年基金。2001年獲政府特殊津貼。2002年獲吉林省科技進步二等獎。1994年得到國家教育部培養跨世紀人才優秀中青年出國項目資助。1999年被教育部遴選為骨幹教師並獲資助,同年獲教育部優秀年輕教師基金。2001年獲吉林省傑出青年基金。2001年獲政府特殊津貼。2002年獲高校青年教師獎,新加坡TAN CHIN TUAN學者交流獎。2005年: 獲得國家傑出青年基金2006、2011年吉林省有突出貢獻的中青年專業技術人才。

研究方向

現主要從事超硬、納米和功能薄膜材料,材料的計算機模擬等研究。

主要貢獻

自工作以來,共發表SCI收錄學術論文百餘篇。主持863國防先進材料重大專項科研項目一項,國家傑出青年基金一項,主持國家自然科學基金、總裝部、教育部、吉林省科技廳等其它科研項目十餘項。科研經費愈四百萬。其研究成果先後在國際重要學術雜誌 《J. Vac. Sci. Technol. 》《Appl. Phys. Lett. 》 《Phys. Rev. B 》等上發表。其中在 《J.Vac. Sci. Technol. 》 上發表的論文被國外同行專家引用百餘次,據由國家科學技術部和中國科技信息研究所公布的1999年全國科技論文被SCI引用數的統計與分析結果顯示,該篇國際論文被引數全國排位第六名。所發表的論文總計被引用二百餘次,他引200多次(截止2002年2月)。多次參加在美國,法國,瑞典,香港,新加坡等國家和地區舉辦的有關薄膜材料的國際會議(ISTP收錄文章10篇)。
