教育經歷

1987年畢業於北京大學生物系,獲學士學位,1990年獲中國科學院水生生物研究所碩士學位(導師:朱作言院士),1992年留學英國阿伯丁大學(University of Aberdeen)並於1998年獲得博士學位(導師:朱作言院士和Dominic F Houlihan教授)。曾任阿伯丁大學生命與環境科學研究所研究員、高級研究員和蘇格蘭魚類研究中心科研主任。

主要成就

2004年獲得國家自然科學基金委海外傑出青年基金(B類,海外)資助、2012年獲福建省“閩江學者”。現為Developmental and Comparative Immunology、Fish and Shellfish Immunology、Biology和Aquaculture and Fisheries編委,多次擔任國家自然科學基金委生命科學部會審評審和科技部海外函評專家,以及英國醫學研究基金會(Medical Research Council)、英國生物技術與生命科學研究基金會(Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council)、德國研究基金會(German Research Council)、瑞士國家科學基金會(Swiss National Science Foundation)研究項目函評人。
長期從事魚類遺傳學、免疫學和魚類病害防控研究,分別於1999、2004、2007和2009年首次報導了魚類白細胞介素1、伽馬乾擾素、防禦素和模式識別受體類RIG_I家族;對魚類細胞因子的功能與進化,尤其是魚類干擾素的抗病毒功能與起源等進行了深入探討和研究,開創性地提出了脊椎動物I型干擾素的分子進化理論。在PLOS Pathogens、J Immunology、J Virology、Immunological Reviews等學術刊物上發表研究論文和綜述120餘篇,論文總引用率達5600餘次,H因子為47。

研究領域:魚類免疫學、比較免疫學。主要研究方向包括:1)魚類細胞因子與T/B細胞功能;2)宿主與病原互作機制;3)養殖魚類疫苗與免疫製劑的作用機理;4)魚類抗病的分子遺傳機制;5)免疫系統起源與分子進化。
