郭永衛，男，1971年出生，河北邢台人，九三學社社員，中國科學院國家天文台高級工程師，北京天文學會會員。2006年獲得國家天文台博士學位。2006年3月至2008年7月在雲南天文台從事博士後研究。於2008年入職中科院國家天文台工作，參與了FAST、SST（DSO）、LCT等科學項目研究。2008年聘為副研究員，2011年轉聘為高級工程師。主要從事地基與空間的射電、光學、亞毫米望遠鏡的天文技術與方法研究。主持自然科學基金面上項目1項。發表學術論文10餘篇，專利9項。
