華中農業大學教授、博士生導師,“千人計畫”青年人才,作物遺傳改良國家重點實驗室固定研究人員,油菜遺傳改良團隊成員。2001-2006年先後獲四川大學本科學位(生物技術)和碩士學位(植物學),2006-2011年獲美國密蘇里大學聖路易斯校區細胞與分子生物學博士學位,2012-2014年在美國Donald Danforth Plant Science Center從事博士後研究。

個人簡介

華中農業大學教授、博士生導師,“千人計畫”青年人才,作物遺傳改良國家重點實驗室固定研究人員,油菜遺傳改良團隊成員。
課題組圍繞油菜籽含油量和油菜抗非生物逆境,主要開展以下研究:
1. 油菜脂質代謝與功能:1) 油菜油脂合成的遺傳基礎和分子機制,發掘調控油菜籽油分積累的關鍵基因和代謝途徑; 2) 磷脂、鞘脂和表面脂的合成與代謝途徑,以及這些脂質參與調控油菜生長、發育和抗逆的分子機制研究; 3) 油菜脂質組分析方法的建立和套用,開展全面的脂質組學研究,致力於建立高通量、高靈敏度和系統性的脂質組分析方法;
2. 油菜抗旱、耐鹽和抗凍等性狀的遺傳基礎和分子機制:包括油菜抗逆種質資源的篩選、評價和利用,通過全基因組關聯分析等手段解析調控油菜抗逆的分子機制;
3. 代謝組分析及其在油菜代謝和抗逆中的套用:通過代謝組分析,篩選和鑑定油菜逆境回響過程中的代謝標記物以及相關代謝途徑和關鍵基因。
課題組利用豐富的油菜種質資源,結合基因組、代謝組和表型組等手段全面解析油菜脂質代謝與抗非生物逆境的遺傳基礎和分子機制,實現油菜優異種質資源創新與利用→優異基因挖掘→優異基因功能解析→優異基因利用,為培育高含油量和抗逆強的油菜品種打下基礎,將一批實用的基因套用到油菜遺傳改良中。

人物生平

2001-2006年先後獲四川大學本科學位(生物技術)和碩士學位(植物學),2006-2011年獲美國密蘇里大學聖路易斯校區細胞與分子生物學博士學位,2012-2014年在美國Donald Danforth Plant Science Center從事博士後研究。
