邴志桐，男，漢族，博士，現任中國科學院大學專任教師、中國科學院近代物理研究所副研究員兼先進核能物理室副主任，中國科學院大學碩士研究生導師。2005年獲煙臺大學學士學位，2009年和2020年分獲蘭州大學碩士、博士學位。
2009年7月起任職於中國科學院近代物理研究所，歷任研究實習員、助理研究員，2017年11月晉升副研究員。主持部委級科研項目“加速器驅動先進核能系統總體方案設計及關鍵技術研究”（2018年6月—2021年12月），擔任先進能源科學與技術廣東省實驗室核素載體遞釋系統最佳化任務負責人。主要從事醫學數據分析、人工智慧及大數據分析、新型靶向放射性藥物研究，發表SCI論文50餘篇，獲甘肅省藥學發展獎二等獎和甘肅省科技進步獎三等獎。2018年6月起任中國計算機學會委員，2017年8月起任全國高等教育計算機基礎智慧型技術專業委員會委員。
