人物簡介

邱鐵,博士,天津大學教授,博士生導師,IEEE高級會員、美國計算機協會ACM高級會員和中國計算機學會CCF高級會員、計算機系統結構專業委員會委員。2014年1月至2015年1月在美國愛荷華州立大學(Iowa State University)電子與計算機工程系作訪問學者。國際期刊IEEE Access(SCI檢索)、Computers & Electrical Engineering(Elsevier,SCI檢索)和Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (Springer)副編輯,國際期刊Ad Hoc Networks(Elsevier,SCI檢索)編委,國際期刊Journal of Advanced Computer Science & Technology和International Journal on AdHoc Networking Systems (IJANS)編委。國際期刊Future Generation Computer Systems (Elsevier Journal)及國際期刊Applied Sciences客座編輯。擔任多個國際會議的大會主席、程式委員會主席及程式委員會成員。目前主要從事物聯網技術、智慧城市與移動計算,以及嵌入式系統相關研究與開發工作。現在天津大學計算機科學與技術學院任教,主講課程有:本科生課程《嵌入式系統結構》、《Linux作業系統》,研究生課程《嵌入式系統原理與設計》,其中2門課程分別獲得遼寧省精品課程和教育部-Intel精品課程。工作後指導創新學生參加國內外嵌入式設計大賽與模型車大賽,獲得一等獎3項,二等獎5項,三等獎12項。在教學中獲得中國嵌入式系統協會課件大賽一等獎,大連市優秀教材二等獎,大連理工大學課件大賽一等獎,大連理工大學教學成果二等獎,8次獲得教學質量優良獎。以第一作者編寫並出版ARM嵌入式系統及Linux相關教材8部,其中由清華大學出版社出版的《ARM嵌入式系統結構與編程》被全國50多所大學用作嵌入式專業教材;現已獲得授權國家發明專利10項,計算機軟體著作權3項。已發表學術論文100多篇,部分論文發表在國際著名期刊IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Communications Magazine, Computer Networks, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Systems Journal等期刊和IEEE SMC, ICC, ACM MobiHoc, IEEE GlobalSIP等會議上,其中5篇論文被列為ESI高被引論文 (Top 1% Highly Cited Paper, 即SCI庫中引用排名前1%的論文)。完成企業課題5項,主持國家自然科學基金2項。
