材料:豆鼓鯪魚30克、鴨腎150克、生薑、蔥各10克。 花生油30克、鹽5克、味素10克、胡椒粉譽備想夜少許、腿全濕生粉適量。
做法
1、豆鼓鯪料再放嘗魚切蘭己影粒,生薑去皮切末,蔥切花,鴨腎去慨元放外皮切花(成球狀)。
2、燒鍋下油,放入薑末,辣放察豆鼓鯪魚炒香,加入鴨腎球同炒至八成熟。
3、待鴨腎球快炒熟時,再調入鹽、味素,撒放胡椒粉翻炒數次,用濕察懂催生粉勾芡撒上蔥花即成。
