謝盧鑫，雲南曲靖人，中共黨員，工學博士。2019年6月畢業於浙江大學農業機械化工程專業，主要從事甘蔗機械化收穫及柑橘自動化嫁接技術與裝備研發。近年以第一作者發表SCI/EI論文8篇，授權國家發明專利5件。主持西南大學博士啟動基金項目1項，主研國家重點研發計畫子課題項目1項，參與公益性行業（農業）科研專項經費項目2項、國家863計畫項目1項。
