許忠斌,男,浙江寧波人,工學博士,材料加工工程博士後,浙江大學教授/博士生導師。

學習及工作經歷

1990年畢業於浙江大學化工系,同年免試直讀浙江大學流體工程研究所研究生,
1993年碩士畢業後到華南理工大學任教。
1998年考取華南理工大學北京航空材料研究院聯合培養博士生,
2001年塑膠機械博士畢業。其間曾借調到仲愷農業技術學院工作。
2001年9月至2003年8月在華南理工大學與順德市秦川恆利塑機公司從事材料加工工程博士後研究工作;
2003年9月調回到浙江大學工作。
2008年6月至2009年9月英國劍橋大學(University of Cambridge)訪問學者。

主要成果

主要從事微通道塑膠製品、塑膠機械和高分子材料成型加工的套用基礎研究,包括注射成型、擠出成型、注拉吹成型加工機械以及高性能納米塑膠、特種塑膠、導電塑膠加工等。近5年來,先後主持及參加國家自然科學基金面上項目、省部重大科技專項、國家重點實驗室基金、企業重大項目、國家自然科學基金重點項目等10餘項。在高性能塑膠加工和工程裝備方面取得了具有一定國際影響力的研究成果,並與英國劍橋大學的塑膠流變加工組建立了穩定的合作關係。
在國際上提出了一系列新的塑膠加工方法,包括特種工程塑膠、納米聚氨酯塑膠和導電塑膠等,部分工藝已設計出相應的生產設備,套用於新材料、包裝、塗料及塑膠機械等行業,取得了較好的經濟和社會效益。已在Sensor Actuat B-Chem, Appl. Phys. Lett., Polym Eng Sci, J Appl Polym Sci, Nanotech., Adv Funct Mater, J Mater Sci、化工學報、中國塑膠、高校化工學報、化工機械等國內外期刊發表學術論文50餘篇,其中被SCI、EI收錄30餘篇,已被國際同行他引總計120餘次。是國際期刊J Appl Polym Sci、化工學報等重要刊物的長期審稿人,兼任國內科技項目、科技獎勵、質量鑑定、學位論文等多個部門的評審專家。獲得授權國家發明專利及實用新型專利8項,另已公開發明專利5項。曾獲省部級科技進步一等獎、自然科學二等獎、湯氏優秀中青年教師獎和浙江大學教學成果二等獎、校級優秀班主任等榮譽稱號。

研究領域

①微通道塑膠製品成型加工、微混合器結構最佳化、微流體器件與系統;
②新型包裝材料、多孔吸聲材料、納米聚氨酯及導電塑膠加工技術;
③高效節能塑膠機械,包括注射成型、擠出成型、注拉吹成型加工機械。
