許傳林（1943年—），男，安徽人，中國美術家協會會員，曾任九州書畫研討院院長、新加坡神州藝術院高級榮譽顧問。早年師從安徽省國畫家鄭子楓學習繪畫，主攻雄鷹、紫藤、梅花等題材。其作品多次入選國家級美術展覽並獲獎，1997年香港回歸期間成功舉辦個人畫展，在本地藝術界具有較高知名度。
自幼研習傳統繪畫技法，繼承師門畫風精髓。長期從事書畫創作與研究，通過參與國內外藝術展覽推動文化交流。擔任書畫研究院職務期間致力於藝術人才培養，同時擔任海外藝術機構顧問促進中外藝術互動。

Xu Chuan Lin, male, born in 1943, Anhui, Chinese Artists Association, member of Anhui Province, the U.S. Association members, Kyushu Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, Singapore's Senior Honorary Advisor Divine Arts Institute.
