研究方向

微生物來源天然產物的組合生物合成。
研究興趣與方向:以天然產物為基礎研製和開發新藥一直是國際化學界和醫藥界共同關注的重點領域。天然產物的生物合成就是由小分子的簡單化合物作為底物,經過一系列順序催化反應,最終形成複雜化學結構的過程。本人的研究興趣在於通過代謝工程和組合生物合成研究複雜天然產物的生物合成,即利用基因工程技術,有目的地對細胞代謝途徑進行精確的修飾或改造,以提高目的天然產物活性或產量、或合成新的代謝產物;或是通過操縱天然產物生物合成途徑中的基因來產生非天然的天然產物類似物庫,並從中發現和發展更具套用價值的藥物。
