主要科研領域與方向

細胞自噬是細胞內物質自我清理和更新的重要機制,與衰老和許多重大疾病密切相關。我們運用最新的細胞生物學和生物化學手段研究細胞自噬的分子機制和生物學功能,集中於自噬體膜形成的分子機制,以及其調節毒性蛋白聚集體的降解和非典型分泌的研究。我們也同時致力於細胞自噬對細胞內穩態維持以及相關重大疾病(如癌症和神經退行疾病)的研究。
