胡文輝(廣州醫科大學藥學院特聘教授)

胡文輝博士,現任廣州醫科大學藥學院特聘教授,藥物化學專業博士生導師,兼學術委員會主任,廣東省分子靶標與臨床藥理重點實驗室副主任,呼吸病國家重點實驗室研究員。

胡博士於2002年畢業於中國協和醫科大學藥物研究所,師從郭宗儒教授,開展抗炎藥物的研究,獲得博士學位。2002年-2006年在美國西北大學醫學院從事博士後研究,開展神經退行性疾病的藥物研究。2006年-2016年在中國科學院廣州生物醫藥與健康研究院歷任副研究員、研究員、新藥開發室主任。

在歷時20多年的新藥研究中,胡教授團隊已確立多個全新結構的候選藥物。其中,基於神經膠質細胞功能障礙的抗阿爾茨海默氏症新藥AD16(GIBH130、哌達甲酮),已獲得國家食品藥品監督管理局(CFDA)頒發的1.1類藥物臨床試驗批件( 批件號:2016L02442,2016L02443,2016L02444),化合物專利涵蓋了全球多個國家。相關的研究以通訊作者的論文發表在Angewandte Chemie International Edition,Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Organic Letters、European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等學術刊物,並在Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis, ChemCatChem和科學通報上發表了封面文章。

主要科研項目及成果:立足於尚無有效藥物的重大疾病,開展化學生物學和創新藥物的研究,解決關鍵的科學問題或研發具有開發前景的新藥,建立國內具有特色和優勢的新藥研發團隊。胡教授已申請了30多項國際和國家發明專利,主持國家科技部、廣東省科技廳的新藥重大專項,企業橫向經費等各類新藥基金2000多萬元,發表了30多篇國際學術論文,兼任藥學學報的青年編委。
