肖淑敏，女，漢族，1980年生。哈爾濱工業大學深圳研究生院教授、博士生導師。2010年畢業於美國普渡大學電子與計算機工程系，獲博士學位，之後繼續留在普渡大學進行博士後研究。2012年入選中組部第七批“千人計畫”青年組，由哈爾濱工業大學 “百人計畫”人才引進為哈爾濱工業大學教授、博士生導師。

納米光子學、光學超材料和等離子材料。特別是關於光學波段的負折射率超材料(metamaterials)的研究，並進而在生物、能源、以及通信領域內實現實際套用。
