耿志勇

1957年生，遼寧省葫蘆島市人，原籍河北省束鹿縣（現為辛集市）。曾就讀於錦西縣（現為葫蘆島市）實驗國小、錦西縣第一中學（現為葫蘆島市第一高中）。

北京大學工學院教授、力學系統與控制學科點博士生導師分別於1982年及1984年於東北大學獲工學學士及工學碩士學位，1995年於中科院系統科學研究所獲理學博士， 1997年6月在北京大學力學與工程科學系博士後出站並留校工作。

分別於1982年及1984年於東北大學獲工學學士及工學碩士學位,1995年於中科院系統科學研究所獲理學博士, 1997年6月在北京大學力學與工程科學系博士後出站並留校工作。

1988年到1989年獲中英政府獎學金赴英國倫敦城市大學系統科學系訪問進修。2001年2月到2002年2月在瑞典隆德工學院進行合作研究。近年來一直從事控制理論的研究工作, 現為中國自動化學會控制理論專業委員會委員，《自動化學報》編委，《力學與實踐》編委。

1995年獲中科院院長獎學金優秀獎. 1999年作為第四人獲國家自然科學三等獎。

研究領域為控制理論與控制工程，當前研究方向：

1.非線性控制與魯棒控制

2.複雜非線性力學系統的控制

3.系統與控制中的最佳化方法
