作者簡介
康大安（Diane S.Kaplan），是美國芝加哥馬歇爾法學院教授。她不僅以優異的成績從加利福尼亞大學伯克利分校（the Uriversityof California at Berkeley）獲得了文學士學位，而且還從耶魯大學法學院（theYale Law School）獲得了法學博士學位。她還曾擔任耶魯法律評論（the YaleLaw Review）的編輯。在2005年至2009年間，康大安教授還多次到我國的北京和吉林等地進行授課。
