羅洪斌，北京航空航天大學教授、博士生導師，國家自然科學基金委優秀青年基金獲得者、教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫入選者。
個人簡介：
1999年於北京航空航天大學獲工學學士學位、分別於2004年和2007年於電子科技大學獲工學碩士和工學博士學位。2007年6月-2017年5月任職於北京交通大學電子信息工程學院，先後於2008年、2011年破格晉升副教授、教授，期間於2009年9月-2010年9月赴美國普渡大學計算機系做訪問學者。2017年5月加入北京航空航天大學計算機學院。
研究方向：
未來網際網路體系結構（Future Internet Architecture）；
空天地海網路一體化（Integration of satellite-terrestrial networks）；
軟體定義網路（SDN:software-defined networking）；
網路功能虛擬化（NFV：network function virtulization）；
網路與信息安全（Network and Information Security）。
