《經略海洋》一書由國家海洋局海洋發展戰略研究所負責編寫和審校。是國家出版基金資助出版項目、“十二五”國家重點圖書出版規劃項目“中國海洋”叢書中的一本分冊。本書從中國海洋經濟發展歷程、中國海洋經濟的現狀與特色、中國海洋經濟發展戰略與規劃、中國海洋科技發展歷程、海洋調查與重大海洋專項、中國海洋高技術及產業化發展6個章節梳理中國海洋經濟與科技發展歷程，描述海洋經濟與科技發展現狀，呈現中國海洋經濟與科技領域近年來取得的新成果，讓讀者了解中國海洋經濟與科技的真實發展情況。
China’s Maritime Economy and Maritime Science & Technology was compiled and revised by the Marine Development Strategy Institute of State Oceanic Administration. It is one of the volumes of the series of China’s Maritime Development which is the publishing program sponsored by the National Publishing Fund as well as the Twelfth Five-year Guideline of National Important Books. This book reorganizes the development of China’s maritime economy and maritime science and technology from the following six aspects including The Development Progress of China’s Maritime Economy, The Current Situation and Features of China’s Maritime Economy, Development Strategy and Plan of China’s Maritime Economy, The Development Process of China’s Maritime Science and Technology, Oceanographic Survey and Major Specialized Investigations, and High Technology and Industrialization of China’s Marine Industry. This book presents the latest achievements in China’s maritime economy and science and technology gained in recent years providing the readers with their actual development situation.
作者簡介
劉容子，女，1960.11出生。現任國家海洋局海洋發展戰略研究所海洋經濟與科技研究室主任，研究員。長期從事海洋經濟、海洋科技研究，主持完成10多項重大項目研究，出版專著多部，發表論文數十篇，多次榮獲海洋創新成果獎、中國發展研究獎等獎項。
Liu Rongzi, female, born in November 1960, is now the director of the Research Center of Marine Economy and Science and Technology of the Marine Development Strategy Institute of State Oceanic Administration as well as a research fellow. She has long been engaged in the studies of maritime economy and science and technology. She is the principal investigator of the scientific research of over 10 national major programs. She has published many academic books and articles and won the Maritime Innovation Achievements Awards, China’s Development Research Prize and other awards.
