作者簡介

裘小龍，詩人，詩歌翻譯家，小說家，出生於上海。上世紀八十年代因翻譯T·S·艾略特和美國意象派詩人詩作而聞名。八十年代末，到美國留學，並用英語開始小說創作。現為華盛頓大學中國文學教授。裘小龍自2000年起連續推出以中國當然現實生活為背景，以詩人刑偵隊長陳超為主解的系列偵破推理小說，其中《紅英之死》獲得世界推理小說最高榮譽——第三十二屆世界推理小說大獎，成為第一位榮獲此獎的華人作家。《紅英之死》入選紐約《新聞日報》2000年十部最佳小說。

《經典中國詩詞100首》內容簡介：The poems of the Tang dynasty (618-907) and the Song dynasty (960-1279) mark the twin peaks in classical Chinese literature. Even today, poets such as Li Bai, Du Fu, Wang Wei, Bai Juyi, Li Shangyin, Su Shi, Xin Qiji and Li Qingzhao are still commonly read as an integrated part of Chinese culture.

This volume presents more than a hundred celebrated poems selected out of the Tang and Song dynasties ,translated into English by Dr. Qiu Xiaolong, himself a renowned, award-winning bilingual poet.
