竇衛東

竇衛東,博士,副教授,紹興文理學院數理信息學院教師。主講課程是光學、大學物理。

2001年,山東師範大學物理系學士學位;2004年,浙江大學物理系碩士學位;2009年浙江大學物理系博士學位。2004年加入紹興文理學院數理信息學院。
研究經歷:
2006年2月至2009年3月在浙江大學物理系作為博士生從事有機/金屬界面以及有機分子在固體表面自組裝研究。2009年3月-2010年8月、2011年7月-2012年7月、2013年10月-2014年6月在香港城市大學超金剛石與先進薄膜研究中心(COSDAF)從事石墨生長、有機薄膜生長、有機/石墨烯界面方面的研究。2014年7月在紹興文理學院組建課題組,主要從事石墨烯等準二維材料製備、有機半導體薄膜及器件研究。
已順利結題國家自然科學基金青年項目、浙江省自然科學基金、浙江省科技廳錢江人才計畫項目各一項。目前主持國家自然科學基金面上項目一項。發表SCI論文30餘篇。2013年入選浙江省高校中青年學科帶頭人培養計畫。
研究領域:
(1) 有機/有機、有機/無機界面物理、有機/無機薄膜生長機制及其在有機半導體器件中的套用。
(2) 石墨烯、類石墨烯材料的製備及其在光伏、儲能等方向的套用。
