秦波，男，1968年生，陝西西安人，中國科學院國家天文台研究員，博士生導師。

主要從事暗物質、宇宙學、星系團、理論天體物理等方面研究。973項目課題負責人、國家自然科學基金面上項目、中科院重點項目課題負責人等。曾主持國家留學基金委“中澳、中英SKA聯合博士生計畫”。作為中方代表先後任職國際SKA組織戰略與業務發展委員會、政府間正式談判工作組、出資工作組、董事會等。任中澳天文中心ACAMAR管理委員會成員。
