石福臣

石福臣，男，南開大學生命科學學院植物學科教授、博士生導師。1966年3月生，1989年東北林業大學植物學專業獲理學碩士學位，並留校任教。1997年日本東京大學農學生命科學研究科植物學專業獲農學博士學位，2001年日本農林水產省森林綜合研究所完成特別研究員研究工作，同年由東北林業大學林學博士後流動站出站。

人物生平

歷任東北林業大學講師、副教授、教授和博士生導師，中科院地理科學與資源研究所知識創新基地研究員、中科院研究生院博士生導師，日本北海道大學客員教授，日本東京大學客座研究員。曾任黑龍江省生態學會副理事長、秘書長（兼），黑龍江省植物學會副理事長、秘書長（兼）。主持或作為研究骨幹完成國家“七五”、“八五”和“九五”科技攻關項目、主持完成國家自然科學基金、教育部骨幹教師基金等項目30餘項，獲國家科技進步三等獎1項、省部級科技進步二等獎4項、省部級科技進步三等獎3項。目前，正在承擔國家973項目第一專項中的“東北地區森林生態系統碳儲量的空間變異特徵”的研究（2002CB412501）、國家自然科學基金項目“引入互花米草對海河三角洲濕地生態系統功能影響的研究”（C01020401）、國家林業局948項目“優良樹種真樺（Betula maximowicziana）的引種栽培”、教育部博士點基金項目，沉水植物菹草(Potamogeton crispus)對污染水體的淨化及生物學機制研究，並承擔橫向聯合項目“天津港適種綠化植物的篩選與規劃”。另外，作為中方首席科學家主持中日國際合作項目“東北亞地區人類活動對北太平洋地區生物生產力的影響”在國內外發表學術論文、著作90餘篇（部）。主要研究領域為資源植物學和環境植物學。

石福臣 1966年3月生，黑龍江肇東人，日本東京大學農學博士、博士後，東北林業大學森林植物生態學開放研究實驗室副主任，教授、博士生導師。他積極進取，努力鑽研業務，把全部精力投入到教學科研第一線。先後給本科、碩士生講授植物群落學、植物生態學、植物分類學、植物學資料庫等多門課程。先後承擔國家“七五”、“八五”、“九五”攻關及國家自然科學基金等項目20餘項。參加的“三江平原天然次生林撫育改造配套技術的研究”獲1993年度國家科技進步三等獎；“三江平原天然次生林栽針保闊改造配套技術的研究”獲林業部1992年度科技進步二等獎；“大興安嶺火燒跡地不同更新方式比較的研究”獲1997年度黑龍江省科技進步二等獎；“三江平原低山區森林生態系統恢復與重建配套技術的研究”獲1998年度黑龍江省科技進步二等獎；“擾動因素對落葉松人工林生長和成林的影響”獲1998年度黑龍江省科技進步三等獎；“套用綜合生態技術改造次生林的試驗研究”獲1992年度林業部科技進步三等獎；並獲1992年度黑龍江省科委科技成果突出貢獻獎、第二屆黑龍江省優秀青年科技獎和東北林業大學青年科技“十傑”稱號。在日本攻讀博士學位期間，經過積極努力，加速建立了東北林業大學和東京大學間的校際合作，並促成由日方負擔費用的訪日學者及進修學生多人。現正主持國家自然科學基金重大項目和國家“九五”攻關項目，並作為主要組織者參加“中日合作落葉松再生林機能研究、黃土高原植被恢復及環境保護”的研究。
