個人經歷
青島大學公共衛生學院營養與食品衛生學系副教授，碩士生導師。畢業於美國羅格斯大學 (Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey)，獲生物學博士學位。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、中國博士後基金面上項目、青島市自然科學基金原創探索項目等項目5項，總科研經費60萬元；發表SCI論文26篇，其中第一作者或通訊作者（含共同）17篇；受邀在第十四屆亞洲營養大會和第七屆海峽兩岸暨港澳營養科學大會上做口頭報告。為“The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition”、“Microbiology Spectrum”、“Environmental and Experimental Botany”等多本學術期刊審稿人。
研究方向
本團隊聚焦營養與健康領域，主要開展以下兩個方向的研究：其一，基於流行病學研究方法，系統分析人群數據（包括病例對照研究、佇列研究和隨機對照試驗），深入探究膳食營養攝入與肝損傷、肺結核等疾病的關在線上制；其二，採用細胞和動物實驗，多維度解析營養對肝損傷、結核感染的調控作用及其分子機制。通過基礎研究與臨床套用相結合的研究策略，致力於為慢性疾病的營養干預提供科學依據。
