個人簡介

王新兵，上海交通大學教授，博士生導師。ACM中國理事會副主席，上海交通大學特聘教授，電子信息與電氣工程學院副院長，2013-2016年擔任電子信息與電氣工程學院院長助理。2011年-2013年擔任上海交通大學電子工程系副系主任。上海交通大學John Hopcroft計算機科學中心執行主任。

2019年入選“萬人計畫”科技創新領軍人才，

2018年獲得高等教育國家級教學成果獎二等獎（排名第二），

2018年入選科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才，

2017年獲得上海市教學成果獎特等獎（排名第二），

2017年獲得寶鋼優秀教師獎特等獎提名，

基本信息

1994-1998，學士：上海交通大學，自動化系 （優秀畢業生）

1998-2001，碩士：清華大學，計算機科學與技術系

2001-2006，博士：美國北卡羅來納州立大學，主修計算機工程，輔修數學

2006年由上海交通大學引進。2009年獲得IEEE通信學會亞太區傑出青年研究獎（IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award 2009）。長期以來從事無線網路編碼，認知無線電的研究。2007年於國外出版英文專著《Wired and Wireless Networks: A Transport Layer Perspective》（VDM Verlag Publisher, ISBN: 978-3-8364-2772-2）。在IEEE雜誌和會議等發表論文60餘篇，申請專利10餘項。承擔國家自然科學基金、重點，科技部國際合作基金，教育部博士點、回國留學人員基金，上海市浦江人才、科技創新重點項目等10餘項。曾獲IEEE IPCCC“最佳論文獎”。

王新兵

曾在多個著名國際會議、期刊上發布論文，包括：網路研究的知名國際會議ACM MobiCom 2009，ACM MobiHoc 2009、2008，IEEE INFOCOM 2005；無線通信網路的國際核心期刊如IEEE Trans on Networking 2008，IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing 2009，IEEE Trans on Wireless Communications 2009、2008、2007。

同時擔任多個國內外雜誌、中國計算機學會（CCF）A類期刊IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing，ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks的編委。

發表網路研究的A類國際會議ACM MobiCOM 2012、2009,2014, 2015, IEEE INFOCOM 2014，2015，2016，2017等20餘篇, IEEE彙刊長文(regular paper)50餘篇，其中無線網路的A類國際期刊如IEEE/ACM Trans on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing，IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed System等20餘篇。申請國家專利30餘項（其中美國專利1項)，授權15項。

Google Scholar引用統計超過5800次，H-index 39，入選愛思唯爾（ELSEVIER）發布的2014、2015、2016、2017中國高被引學者榜單。

2015年出版教材《移動網際網路導論》。2017年出版《移動網際網路導論》第二版。

2019年出版《移動網際網路導論》第三版。
